Night at the McMurray's

John is in heaven. We stayed with the McMurray's at their house in Raleigh and we were like kids in a candy shop. For starters, both us and them are living in 700 square foot condos in DC and their house is huge--I mean flat out spacious--so I was prancing around and both of us were marveling at the great indoors. Then Steve showed John something amazing. He built a full blown recording studio in the basement!!

It truly is incredible--he's got crazy recording computer-y stuff (I'm out of my league discussing recording equipment), guitars line the wall and there are more pianos than I can count. Savannah and I had a great time talking with the guys played in the studio downstairs!

He looks very at home here...it was a lot of fun to listen to the guys "messing" around--it sounded great! Thanks you guys for being wonderful hosts! It was awesome to hang out with y'all!
