Sutton Visit Baking Time!!

Katherine and I baked Fresh Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies...mmmm I think we ate more cookie dough than cookies!

Sunday lunch: Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Rosemary Honeyed Carrots, Mixed Salad with Cherry-Pomegranate Cilantro Dressing and homemade rolls with fresh cinnamon honey butter.
In case you want it...
Cherry Pomegranate-Cilantro Dressing
3/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup tart Montgomery cherries (trader joe's)
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1. Blend half cup of chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup cherries, 1/4 cup pomegranate juice, 1/4 cup honey in a food processors.
2. Pour mixture into small sauce pan and cook on medium until bubbly. Add vinegar for last minute of cooking.
3. Pour back into food processor with 1/4 chopped cilantro and blend until smooth.
